Routine Telehealth Visits
Check in regularly with your dedicated Ibis Nurse Practitioner or Physician virtually through your IbisHub™ tablet. Your Ibis Care Team is always available by phone.
Timely Monitoring Support
When something isn’t quite right with your vitals, your dedicated Ibis Nurse will promptly reach out to you and provide guidance for successful recovery at home.
Daily Self Care Guidance
Receive reminders every day through your IbisHub™ tablet for medications, vital monitoring, exercise, appointments, healthy nutrition, relaxation, and more.
